Aromatherapy treatment notes, including health information and follow-up details, are stored to ensure your safety and tailor treatments appropriately.
Tarot and oracle sessions do not involve formal written notes, but any communication or booking details are also stored securely in Cliniko for consistency and privacy protection.

Your data may also be briefly stored on other secure platforms (e.g., Wix, email) when enquiries are received, but all information is transferred to Cliniko where possible.

6. How Long I Keep Your Information

Client records are kept for up to one year from your last session, unless we continue to work together—then they are retained for the duration of our working relationship.
Communication records (emails, messages, forms) are periodically reviewed and securely deleted when no longer needed.

Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential. I do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
