(Tarot & Oracle Readings + Aromatherapy Services)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wonky Witchy Wellness. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and booking for our tarot/oracle reading services and aromatherapy treatments, whether provided online or in person. Please read these carefully before booking. By booking or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“Client” means the person receiving the services or booking the service.
“Practitioner” means the owner/operator of Wonky Witchy Wellness: Chloe Evans, who is responsible for delivering the services.
“Services” refers to tarot/oracle readings and aromatherapy treatments offered by Wonky Witchy Wellness.
“Booking” means the act of scheduling and paying for a session.

3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

Clients must be 18 years or older to book. If under 18, written parental or guardian consent is required.
Bookings made on behalf of another person are allowed only with that person’s explicit consent. We encourage clients to contact us directly to arrange gift cards or credit for others rather than booking directly for someone else.
Clients must provide accurate information about themselves or the person the reading/treatment concerns.
Clients must not attend appointments under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if intoxication is suspected.
Clients are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms before booking.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking via the website or agreed payment method.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Wonky Witchy Wellness.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless arranged in advance with the Practitioner.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
Refunds for online payments through the the Wonky Witchy Wellness website will be issued minus any transaction fees charged by the host provider, Wix. This can be anything from 1.9% to 2.5% of the total service price, unless the cancellation is due to an error on the Practitioner's part. Payment can be made directly via bank transfer to avoid these fees on refunds that have been requested with at least 48 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
All refunds or rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the Practitioner’s discretion.

6. Service-Specific Term

a. Tarot & Oracle Readings

Readings may be conducted live via Zoom, phone call, in person, or through message/email.
Tarot/oracle readings are intended for guidance and insight only. They are not guaranteed, and outcomes cannot be promised or held as fact.
The Practitioner does not predict the future with certainty and readings are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
By receiving a reading, you acknowledge that decisions and outcomes are your own responsibility.
Content of readings is confidential and used only for the purpose of the session.

b. Aromatherapy Treatments

Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy designed to support wellbeing alongside conventional medicine, not a medical treatment or cure.
A full consultation will be conducted prior to treatment to assess suitability.
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable due to health conditions, allergies, or other factors.
Clients must disclose relevant health information and allergies honestly.
Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during treatment; otherwise, the session may be refused or terminated.
Aftercare advice will be provided; clients agree that the Practitioner is not liable for adverse reactions except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Wonky Witchy Wellness and the Practitioner are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
By booking, clients release the Practitioner from any liability related to their interpretation or actions taken based on the readings or treatments.
The Practitioner cannot be held responsible for any disappointment or consequences resulting from the session outcomes.

8. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Clients must behave respectfully and courteously at all times.
Wonky Witchy Wellness reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or breaches these Terms.
No refunds will be given in cases of service refusal due to misconduct or breach of Terms.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal and health data collected during aromatherapy consultations is stored securely and retained for one year from the last treatment unless ongoing sessions continue.
Data is used solely for providing services and not shared except where legally required or in emergencies involving client safety.
Tarot reading data is kept confidential and only used for the session.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting wonkywitchywellness@gmail.com.

10. Force Majeure

Wonky Witchy Wellness is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical failures.
In such events, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule appointments.

11. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All materials, readings, and communications are the intellectual property of Wonky Witchy Wellness.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without explicit permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Agreement & Contact Information

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
