About Aromatherapy

Why Aromatherapy?

It's so much more than just smelling good... Essential oils penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream, stimulating specific organs and areas of the body to evoke different effects. They have been used for hundreds of years as a complementary medicine because they help to soothe physical pain, support a clearer mind and manage various unwanted symptoms.

All plants, like humans emit their own unique energetic frequency, as such essential oils are also a key part of many spiritual and magical practices, often used when anointing candles or other tools to enhance a spell's potency and/or intention.

Some of the many health benefits of essential oils have been listed below.

The fact they smell amazing is just an added bonus! 😘

Stress

Stress and anxiety often come hand in hand. Oils like Lavender, Rose and Jasmine can help our body & mind to unwind.

Essential oils should always be diluted in a carrier substance with the correct quantities to avoid overdosing.

Please be mindful that some essential oils can be dangerous, particularly if you are pregnant or suffer from certain health conditions. They can also be toxic to pets, so it is wise to do your research before using them to ensure your safety and the safety of your fur babies!

Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy and should never be used as a replacement for modern medicine. Always consult a doctor regarding any health concerns you have before treatment.
