Reiki Healing in Milton Keynes
Reiki is a form of energy healing that communicates directly with your soul. My first ever reiki experience was delivered by my auntie back in 2022. It was so profound and enlightening that it changed the course of my life forever, making me want to study it myself, and bring its healing magic to others.

During the session you will lay on your back, covered in a blanket and crystals if you wish, with soothing music playing in the background. I can either lay my hands on parts or your body, or hover over them, whatever you are most comfortable with. Reiki healing is essentially me inviting you into a state of being, you have to choose to be open to it for it to benefit you. I like to think of Reiki as like an internal jet wash, blasting through the energy centres within your body, and bringing up anything that needs to be addressed within you, which isn't always pleasant, but is necessary.

It is common to feel emotional during or after a Reiki session, as well as seeing colours, feeling tingly, changes in temperature experiencing visions, and/or a profound sense of clarity. People often leave feeling lighter in every sense, and more certain of where they want to take their lives next.
Reiki Healing

Lie back and allow the healing energies of Reiki to move through your body, surrendering to whatever the reiki stirs up for you. We will discuss both of our findings together after the session and what this might mean for you moving forwards. Remember, this is a safe spaces to feel and express anything that comes up for you during or after the session.

Reiki Full Body Massage

The exact same premise as a back, neck and shoulder massage, but this treatment covers your whole body, including your head, face, tummy, chest, arms, hands, legs, glutes, and feet. The treatment can be amended to suit your needs and preferences.

Reiki massage is a dreamy fusion that creates a beautiful state of mind, body and soul relaxation. I’ve experienced this specific treatment twice now and it’s felt like I’m in a dream/trance state both times. It’s truly magical. Distance Reiki Online
Reiki is so powerful that it can bend space and time. I like to think of channelling reiki as accessing the higher dimensions, because you don't need to be physically near a practitioner in order to receive reiki healing.

In a distance reiki session, I will set aside some quite time to connect with your energy, and I will use my big teddy to represent you. By connecting with your energy, and speaking my intention aloud, I will channel reiki energy into Teddy, which will in turn be sent to you.

Once the reiki is complete, I will send you a detailed overview of anything I felt, saw, or heard during the session. You will have an opportunity to tell me whether you felt, saw, or experienced anything yourself, and we can try to interpret this together.
