General FAQs
What services do you offer?
I currently offer tarot & oracle readings (online and in-person) and mobile aromatherapy massage treatments within 10 miles of Milton Keynes. I will be expanding my offerings over time as I continue training in complementary therapies.
Who can book with you?
Clients must be 18+ for all services. I do not currently accept male massage clients unless they are known to me, have had a previous tarot session, or come with a trusted referral. I reserve the right to refuse any massage booking to protect my safety.

How do tarot readings work?
You choose between Zoom, in-person (1 to 1 or group readings within 10 miles of MK), or voice note message. I connect intuitively to your energy and question or issue (if you have one) before using tarot and oracle cards to provide you with insight, clarity, and guidance.

Do you predict the future?
No. Whilst many themes outlined in a reading do often come into fruition, tarot offers direction, not guaranteed outcomes. Your future shifts based on your choices, the choices of others, energetic output, and external factors. The reading will often provide a mirror of your current energy and circumstances, it will offer insight into the current trajectory that you are on. Naturally this can and often will change if you decide to make different choices. It is my job to help you navigate how you are feeling and what future you want to be heading towards. Tarot provides us with the signposts on how to get there, it is your choice whether you take them.
Can I gift a reading to someone?
Absolutely! Gift cards are available from my shop as a downloadable PDF. Gift cards need to be redeemed by the recipient directly. I only read for people who consent to receiving a reading.

What types of massage do you offer?
I offer intuitive, lymphatic drainage aromatherapy massage which covers the whole body (excluding intimate areas).
Do you have a premises I can visit?
No - currently all massage sessions are mobile. I travel within a 10-mile radius of Milton Keynes to your home. Longer distances may be considered at an additional cost to cover my fuel and time.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes — I bring: ✔ Massage table ✔ Oils & aromatherapy blends ✔ Towels ✔ Music ✔ Candles & incense (optional) ✔ Everything outlined in my optional extras on the booking page You will need to supply you own robe and slippers if you want them, as well as fluids for drinking after the treatment (avoiding anything alcoholic).
What space is required?
Please prepare a clear floor area of at least 3.8m x 2.3m. A warm, quiet environment is recommended.
Do I need to prepare anything before the massage?
Keep pets and children out of the room if possible. Ensure the room is comfortably warm. Avoid heavy meals beforehand. Shower before, not after as the oils work best when absorbed for 8+ hours. Clear your schedule so you have time to truly relax afterwards. Have the health form completed (sent before your session)
Do your massages include spiritual elements?
I always bless the oils and set intentions with you at the start of each session. If you would like to make your experience even more magical, I offer optional extras on the booking page. These include: - Kaolin clay face mask - Tarot & oracle readings - Custom oil blends crafted for your spells and rituals - Aromatherapy DIY product consultation - Custom relaxation and protection spell jars - Guided meditation
Do you offer personalised treatments?
Yes - every massage includes a custom oil blend chosen with you. Your treatment can focus more deeply on areas you’re struggling with or avoid areas you don’t want worked on.
Do you require a consultation?
Yes - a health consultation is required before your first massage and will need to be revisited at every subsequent treatment. Major contraindications will be checked ahead of time, and the rest is completed on the day.
Who is massage not suitable for?
Massage may not be suitable in cases of: Fever Contagious illness Open wounds Undiagnosed pain Certain medical conditions If you have any medical concerns, please check with your doctor first and contact me to discuss. I can confirm whether treatment is possible, requires GP consent, or must be declined.
Do you have boundaries or safety rules?
Yes - for both your safety and mine: - No sexual behaviour or requests (“no happy endings”) - Do not touch me during the treatment - Only the client and I should be in the room (exceptions for children may be possible) - Clients cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs - Any crude or offensive language (swearing, becoming aggressive etc) is not permitted - Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour results in immediate termination with no refund
🚫Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds FAQs
Tarot & Oracle Readings
Cancellations: - Please give 48+ hours' notice or no refund will be given. - Refunds are issued minus payment processing fees unless the cancellation is my fault. - Bank transfer is recommended to avoid refund fees. Rescheduling: - Provide at least 24 hours’ notice. - Missed appointments: - Missed or late-notice cancellations are chargeable in full. Late arrivals: - A 15-minute buffer is allowed. - Sessions may be shortened if you’re late and I have another booking. - No refund without communication. In-person readings: - Within 10 miles of MK only. - Name, address, photo, and contact info and your photograph required for safety. Refunds: - No refunds for completed readings. - No guaranteed outcomes. - If unhappy, please contact me directly.
Aromatherapy Massage
Booking & Payment: - Full payment is required when booking. - I will call you the morning of your appointment - please answer if possible. Cancellations: - 48+ hours’ notice = refund (minus site fees). - Less than 48 hours = payment forfeited. Rescheduling: - 12+ hours’ notice required. - Less notice means rebooking and repaying. If you don’t answer the confirmation call: - I will try again before leaving. - Payment remains non-refundable/non-transferable. Late arrivals: - I will wait 15 minutes. - Treatment may be shortened. - No-shows forfeit payment. Safety & Consent: - Health form is mandatory. - Non-disclosure of medical conditions may lead to cancellation without refund. - I may refuse service at any point if I feel unsafe. Refunds: - Concerns must be raised during the appointment so adjustments can be made. - Refunds after treatment are generally not granted.
